U9-U12 Rec Tech

What is the Rec Tech program?

The U9-U12 Rec Tech program is a weekly skills development session run by club coaches and our top technical assistants. Players are grouped on the actual day by size and ability.

Game play is included in the program, of course, and basic playing concepts are introduced, but the emphasis is on technical soccer skills and physical literacy (overall athleticism).

Our Gloucester Campus is growing! For the past 5 years, we have had a blossoming group of U4-U8 players coming out to our Gloucester campus to play and train with our club. We are now extending the program into our U9-U12 age groups so that we can keep up with your growing kids and offer relevant programming to our 9-12 year old players. The Open program at our Gloucester campus builds on the successful Grassroots training concept; players work through a combination of small-sided games each session, combined with some technical and physical exercises in between to ensure that they are growing their skills. Expect a weekly session that includes 3v3/4v4/5v5 game play for about half the time and technical and physical training and exercises completing the other half of the session.
