OTTAWA TFCSOCCER CLUB
A fun recreational league welcoming all women 30 and over - a great way to spend time on the field and stay in shape during the winter months for those who love the game!
Starting this winter, the league will take place at the brand new state-of-the-art Orleans Dome in the Heart of Orleans! Teams will compete in weekly Friday night 7v7 match play, making for an enjoyable and healthy experience for all.
Eligibility: born 1995 or earlier
Commitment: 1 game/week
Season dates: Oct. 3 - March 20 (22 weeks)

REGISTER
Required for all participants!
Players are required to wear their Ottawa TFC jersey (red/grey), black shorts, black socks. Players who do not own these jerseys must purchase them at the clubhouse during equipment hours. Players should wear soccer cleats and shin pads to all games. Reminder that no jewellery, watches or covered earrings is allowed on the field.

Withdrawals: visit our Refund/Withdrawal Form to request a credit or refund. All refunds are subject to the Refund Policy. Only approved requests will be processed. Note that evaluation fees are non-refundable.
Ottawa TFC programs will be taking a holiday break during which programs will not run, unless otherwise stated. This season's break will take place between Sunday, December 21, 2025 and Sunday, January 4, 2026. Activities will be resuming as scheduled on Monday, January 5, 2026.
Therefore, there will be no games on December 26 as well as January 2, 2026. There will also be no games on Good Friday
