OTTAWA TFCSOCCER CLUB
The U9-U12 Morning Training program consists of optional additional sessions that focus on technical development for the top players in the U9-U12 divisions. Our morning training sessions are led in small groups by our most qualified club coaches (who work in our High Performance Academy), which further emphasizes the technical development feel. Sessions typically start with a short introduction game, followed by concentrated technical and physical development drills, and typically ending back with a short game at the end.
New for this year: morning training sessions will take place in the new Orleans Dome, as opposed to school or community gyms as they have done in the past. This will provide committed players with even more turf time, a valuable resource during the winter months!
