Adult Competitive Soccer

These are teams that represent Ottawa TFC at various levels across the district, region and province.  Competitive teams compete against other clubs in leagues like the OCSL, the Ontario Cup, etc. 

 

Adult Recreational Soccer

Men's, Women's and Coed recreational soccer leagues at Ottawa TFC.  Teams/players at the recreational level play weekly at regular times and locations in fun and active environments.
