U9-U18 3v3/4v4 Open League *NEW SPRING*

Open Leagues

First steps... Who is Ottawa TFC?

Ottawa TFC is honoured to introduce the beautiful game of soccer to your child. Recognized as a National level club by Canada Soccer, Ottawa TFC's ultimate goal for the U9-U18 open program is to ensure that your child participates in a safe, fun and social environment.

Open Spring 3v3/4v4 League

For six Saturdays between April 9 or 16 (start date weather permitting) and the end of May, U9-U18 players are invited to join us to play OTFC's popular Champions League 3v3/4v4 small-sided game from 10AM to 11AM. Teams will be formed at the field as players arrive, based upon gender, age/size and experience. Sessions will be run by our Youth Coaches and OTFC staff coaches (parent volunteers welcome, of course!).

Details about the program

What equipment does my child need?

Players are encouraged to wear their OTFC practice shirt from last season, if they have one, but any appropriate soccer shirt and shorts are acceptable.  Protective shin guards and soccer socks are required; cleats are allowed and recommended at all age groups but not necessary for recreational play.

Who can I contact if I have questions about the program, address my concerns, inform the coach of a particular issue with my child, etc.?

Peter Humphries, U9-U18 Open Coordinator, recreation@ottawatfc.com

Brogan Engbers, U9-U18 High Performance and Open Staff Coach, brogan@ottawatfc.com
