Winter Jr. Academy U8

Program Description

The Jr. Academy is the first stepping stone towards our academy programs and our "Talented player pathway".  The program welcomes the most focused, and dedicated players in our U5-U8 programs to train and play a little extra, and prepares players for the U9 Academy programs and beyond.

Players will work with some our club's most qualified coaches, and can expect to regularly work through small sided games, technical exercises (ball mastery), physical literacy (strength, speed, coordination, balance, general athleticism), and 1v1 exercises.

Jr. Academy players MUST participate in at least one of the Soccer Ninjas base programs each week.  In addition, they will attend a second weekly training session with the Jr. Academy players.  Lastly, Jr. Academy players will also participate in internal game play (3v3 or "champions" league)
