Strength and Mobility Sessions

Ottawa TFC Strength and Mobility Training

Hosted by Uplift Performance Center

Working with some outstanding trainers and physio’s at Uplift Performance Center (the same crew that works with the Gridiron Football Academy), this program works on soccer specific strength/agility and mobility, and also allows the trainers to spot inbalances or address potential weak spots in each athlete individually. 

The extra session makes the players able to train and execute at higher speeds, with more effort and precision, while reducing their risk of injury.  It is also an opportunity for some of the players with various muscular/mobility imbalances to address those issues which may be holding them back from greater progress.

This program is awesome, will make you better, and we hope many of you warriors will join us.

Sundays at 4:00-5:00 PM @ Uplift Performance Center
