Spring Session

The below strength and mobility sessions are complimentary to the 5 training sessions that our Elite Academy athletes are already doing, and are extremely beneficial in agumenting the work being done on the field.  Working with some outstanding trainers and physio’s at Performance Sports Therapy (the same group that has been running our strength/conditioning and injury prevention programs within the Elite Academy this season), this program works on soccer specific strength/agility and mobility work each, and also allows the trainers to spot inbalances or address potential weak spots in each athlete individually. 

Put simply, the extra session makes the players able to train and execute at higher speeds, with more effort and precision, all while reducing their risk of injury.  It is also an opportunity for some of the players with various muscular/mobility imbalances to address those issues which may be holding them back from greater progress.

The training is scheduled to compliment the regular schedule.  The morning sessions are less expensive due to both facility and coach costs being lower at these off-peak hours.  The curriculum in both sessions is identical. 

This program is awesome, will make you better, and we hope many of you warriors will join us.
