Coed Competitive and Recreational Leagues

Recreational and competitive adult, 7v7 coed soccer leagues run from May through September.

 

 

Competitive Coed League

This weekly 7v7 format competitive coed league is a recreational soccer league for more experienced players who wish to play with other experienced players who are confident with the basic skills of the game.

The age level of this league is diverse, ranging from players who are turning 17 this year, to players 30s and 40s.

All games are played under the lights on the Millennium artificial turf field, a beautiful venue, in 7v7 format. A minimum of 2 men and 2 women need to be on the field at all times.

Open to all players 18+ and groups who register together can play together.

Recreational Co-Ed League

This weekly 7v7 format recreational cod league includes both first time and more experienced players. It is perfect for players who don't want to play competitive soccer or travel to other areas of Ottawa to play.

The skill level and age level of this league is diverse ranging from players who are turning 18 this year, to players in their 50s. It includes both first time and more experienced players.

All games are played in the Orleans area on 7v7 fields. A minimum of 2 men and 2 women need to be on the field at all times.

Open to all players 18+ and groups who register together can play together.

Player requirements

Players required to wear protective shin guards and cleats/shoes at every game.

OTFC follows FIFA and Ontario Soccer (OS) Policy states which require that all jewellery, including but not limited to earrings and watches, must be removed. Taping earrings is also not allowed. Casts – Hard casts are not permitted.

Players and parents must abide by to the Ottawa TFC Return to Play Protocol and the Code of Conduct.
